증상.
윈도우 설치 및 부팅시 무한 재부팅이나 부팅중 로딩 현상이 반복된다.
혹은 [컴퓨터가 예기치 않게 다시 시작되었거나 오류가 발생했습니다.] 와 같은 문구의 오류창이 뜬다.

해결방법.
이 경우엔 간단하게 레지스트리 값만 변경하면 된다.
오류 창에서 [shift + F10] 로 cmd(명령프롬프트)를 열어서 regedit입력
레지스트리 이름 : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion\setup.exe
레지스트리 값 : 3
